With Valley Christian High School's departure, the portables are available for City purchase or lease. Staff recommends purchasing the portables to provide space for tenant and Recreation Program expansion space as well as providing a new revenue stream and additional rentable space for the Community Center. At the same time, adding HVAC to Building L provides additional leaseable space and an increase in lease revenues.
