RESOLUTION NO. 8125
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO
THE 1990-1991 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE
SHARMON PALMS PAVING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has adopted
the budget for 1990-1991 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that funds are
necessary for the completion of the Sharmon Palms Paving Project
abating a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, such funds will be repaid to the General Fund through a
property tax assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk authorize the
transfer of $22,500.00 from Account 3381, nuisance abatement
fees to account 4427 misc. expense abatements for the Sharmon
Palms Paving Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1991, by the following
vote:
