CC Resolution 8124RESOLUTION NO. 8124 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA MODIFYING THE REFUSE COLLECTION PROGRAM SERVICE AND RATES FOR REFUSE WHEREAS, the Green Valley Disposal Company has requested a rate modification for refuse collection services in the City of Campbell; and WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 939 requires the development of a solid waste management plan; and WHEREAS, the cost of developing and implementing this plan is most appropriately borne by those served by the refuse collection program; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has examined the proposed program and rate modifications and determined that they are in fact justified and reasonable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that modifications and associated collection service in the City of Campbell are established pursuant to the attached schedules. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these rates shall be effective August 1, 1991, for commercial and drop-off box accounts, and on October 1, 1991, for residential accounts.
