AUTHORIZATION TO GO TO BID FOR AN ASPHALT
ROLLER (RESOLUTION/ROLL CALL VOTE)
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Campbell has been asked for
authorization to go to bid for an asphalt roller.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that they hereby adopt and approve, and that the Public
Works Superintendent is authorized and directed to give notice
inviting sealed proposals for said purchase in the manner and for the
time prescribed by law, and present the bids to the City Council for
its consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June , 1991, by the
following vote:
