BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES. INC.
WHEREAS, the City requires specialized services for resolving
tenant/landlord disputes within the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City and Information and Referral Services, Inc.
have previously entered into an agreement for the provision of
tenant/landlord counseling and mediation services; and
WHEREAS, both parties desire to extend the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Campbell hereby authorizes the Redevelopment Director to execute
said agreement and renew said agreement annually, assuming satisfactory
performance of services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1991, by the following
roll all vote:
