RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 6, 1991 'CITY OF CAMPBELL DAY' AT
THE SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS BASEBALL GAME
WHEREAS, the San Francisco Giants are 1989 National League Champions;
and
WHEREAS, the San Francisco Giants will be playing a home game against
the San Diego Padres on Saturday, July 6, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor will participate in the ceremonial throwing of the
first ball; and
WHEREAS, the Giants have provided discounted tickets in the lower
reserved section between home plate and first base; and
WHEREAS, the Giants organization has worked cooperatively with the
City to organize this event.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Campbell hereby declares Saturday, July 6, 1991 "City of Campbell
Day" at the San Francisco Giants Baseball game.

call vote:
