RESOLUTION N0. 8113
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE OF $17,417 IN CDBG FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City has previously reviewed and awarded CDBG funds for
Housing and Community Development projects for Fiscal Year 1991-92; and
WHEREAS, the City hosted two public hearings to receive input from
the community to award funds to priority housing and community development
projects; and
WHEREAS, the City has received signed contracts from all awarded
non-profit agencies for 1991-92; and
WHEREAS, the City was allocated an additional $17,417 in CDBG funds
after the Council concluded its public hearings and determined levels of
funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize the expenditure of the additional $17,417 in CDBG funds for the
City Hall Handicap Accessibility Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1991, by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Ashworth, Burr, Watson, Conant, Kotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
