BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING DONATION OF
OLD FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT TO MISSION COLLEGE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has approved purchase for
new Fire Department self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA's); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a request from the Fire Department
to survey the old low-pressure SCBA's, fittings, appliances, and turnouts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the Fire
Department to donate surplus equipment to Mission College for their fire
academy program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1991, by the following votes:
AYES: Councilmembers: Ashworth, Burr, Watson, Conant, Kotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
