RESOLUTION NO. 8109
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING SCHEDULE OF
RATES FOR TOWING AND STORAGE CHARGES IN
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION N0. 7688
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Chief of Police a
Schedule of Rates for Towing and Storage Services; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police finds that the rates are in
compliance with Section 5.44.010, 5.44.020 and 5.44.030, Subsection
(6) of the Campbell Municipal Code, and the Chief of Police
recommends that said Schedule of Rates be approved; and
WHEREAS, said Schedule of Rates is attached hereto and
marked "Exhibit A", and is made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 7688,
adopted March 7, 1989, is hereby rescinded, and the Schedule of Rates
attached as "Exhibit A" is hereby approved for towing and storage
charges.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1991, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Ashworth, Burr, Watson, Conant, Kotowski
