BEING A RESOLUTION TO DISPOSE OF SURPLUS VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been
presented with a request from Staff to dispose of surplus patrol
vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that Staff request for disposal of surplus patrol vehicles
be approved and adopted, and that the City Engineer is authorized and
directed to give notice for sale of surplus vehicles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th Day of May 1991, by the following
roll call vote:
