A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR PROPERTY
INSURANCE COVERAGE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed
proposals for Property Insurance coverage effective April 15, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement
with Hamilton/Meridian Insurance for purchase of such insurance;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for insurance with
Hamilton/Meridian Insurance be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1991, by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Ashworth, Burr, Watson, Conant, Kotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
