A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CONSULTANT AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH CITY OF CAMPBELL
LIGHTING DISTRICT LLA-1
FISCAL YEAR 1991-1992
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake
proceedings for the levy and collection of assessments upon the
several lots or parcels of land in the City of Campbell Lighting
District LLA-1, pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of
1972 for the construction or installation of improvements,
including the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof for the
Fiscal Year 1991-1992;
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will
be served by appointing and employing a consultant for the
preparation and conduct of said proceedings; and
WHEREAS, ANALYTIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS is qualified to
perform said work, and a form of agreement between the City of
Campbell and ANALYTIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, for consulting services
necessary for said proceedings has been presented to this
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That ANALYTIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, be, and is hereby
appointed as Consultant, and employed to do and perform all
consulting work necessary in and for said proceedings in
accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement.
2. That the Mayor of this City be, and is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Campbell, and the City Clerk of this City
be, and is hereby, authorized to attest to said Agreement and
affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.
