BEING A RESOLUTION ASSESSING THE CHARGES AGAINST
THE PROPERTY OF 2205 S. WINCHESTER BOULEVARD, CAMPBELL
FOR DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has authorized
the demolition of the dangerous building at 2205 S. Winchester
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the demolition contractor has performed the removal of
the structure thereon; and
WHEREAS, the charges of $8,168.00 for this removal, legal
advertising and administrative costs have been paid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk order that the
charges of $8,168.00 shall be assessed against the property and
the same shall be recorded on the assessment roll, and
thereafter said assessment shall constitute a special assessment
against and a lien upon the property of 2205 S. Winchester
Boulevard, Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April ~ 1991, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Ashworth, Burr, Conant, xotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: zone
ABSTAIN: Councilmembers Watson
