BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL DECLARING AN EMERGENCY NEED FOR THE TRAFFIC
ENGINEERING SERVICES OF DOUGLAS S. CARMODY
WHEREAS, the absence of the traffic engineer and the need to perform
unforeseen, mandatory work to update the speed limit ordinance
resulted in the emergency need to temporarily retain the services of
a qualified traffic engineer; and
WHEREAS, Douglas S. Carmody is a qualified traffic engineer and was
selected to fill this emergency need.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council declares that
the traffic engineering services provided by Douglas S. Carmody were
done to meet an emergency need.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 1991, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Ashworth, Burr, Watson, Conant, Rotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
