A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR CONSULTANT AND LEGAL SERVICES
FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, on October 2, 1990, the City Council adopted a Redevelopment
Survey Area for the McGlincey Lane area, and
WHEREAS, the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board have instructed
staff to proceed with the project area expansion, and
WHEREAS „ staff has received estimates for consultant and legal services
for required work on the project area expansion in the amount of $137,500,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the attached budget adjustment in the amount of
$137,500 for consultant and legal services for the expansion of the
redevelopment project area.
