BEING A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE OF
A PROTEST PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF CHARGES
AGAINST THE PROPERTY OF 2205 S. WINCHESTER BLVD,
APN 305-33-062
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has
authorized the demolition of the dangerous building at
2205 S. Winchester Blvd; and
WHEREAS, the demolition contractor has performed the removal
of the debris from this site; and
WHEREAS, the charges for this removal has been received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk have set
the second of April 1991 at or about 7:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 70 N. First St, Campbell, California as
the time, date and place to hold a public hearing to hear
the protest or objections of any person interested in or
affected by the proposed charges of assessment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March ~ 1990,
by the following vote:
