BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
TRACT N0. 8379, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
OFFERED THEREON AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT 1380
HARRIET AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
California as follows:
1. The final map of Tract No. 8379 is hereby approved, the
dedications offered on the map are hereby accepted for the purposes
for which the same are offered and the Mayor is authorized to
execlute an agreement with Hacienda Estates, a limited partnership
and Hacienda Place, a limited partnership to install street
improvements at 1380 - 1920 Harriet Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 1991, by the
following vote:
AYES: COURCllmember5: Ashworth, Burr, Watson, Conant, Kotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
