BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT FOR HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE
COLLECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interest of the residents of Campbell to provide a safe and
convenient means of disposing of household hazardous waste;
and
WHEREAS, West Valley cities and county staff solicited
proposals for a joint household hazardous waste collection
event; and
WHEREAS, West Valley cities and county staff will review
and determine which proposal was found to be the most
appropriate and economical proposal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager be
authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City
of Campbell with the appropriate and economical contractor
for household hazardous waste collection services.
