BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSALS FOR NON-COMPETITIVE
FUNDS FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY UNDER THE FEDERAL HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into a Joint Powers Agreement
with Santa Clara County to form an Urban County under the Housing and
Community Development Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Council and Civic Improvement Commission held public
hearings on the expenditures of monies under the Community Development
Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the attached
proposals represent the community development needs in Campbell;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized to
submit proposals for the expenditure of CDBG funds in the amount of
$155,000 for the following projects:
Shared Housing Project of Catholic Charities
Project Match
CSEARR
Emergency Housing Consortium
Public Services Subtotal
ESO Handyworker/Home Access Program
City Hall Handicap Accessibility Project
City of Campbell Housing Rehabilitation Admin.
CDBG Administration
Housing Rehabilitation Loans/Grants
