BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEMOLITION OF
2205 S. WINCHESTER BLVD., DECLARED TO BE
A DANGEROUS BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the above address has been inspected and certified as a
Dangerous Building under the Uniform Code for Abatement of
Dangerous Buildings (1988) Edition: and
WHEREAS, the above described building is an immediate hazard to
the public health, welfare and safety of the general public and
the citizens of City of Campbell: and
WHEREAS, the owners have been notified to make repairs or
demolish the structure and have not complied with the
ordinances: and
WHEREAS, solicited bids have been received to demolish the
structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as follows:
1. That the substandard conditions existing at this time,
require that the above structure be demolished as soon as
possible to protect the safety of the public.
2. That the Building Official of the City of Campbell proceed
as expeditiously as possible to have the above structure
demolished.
