BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE
OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Campbell has been
presented with a request fYom Staff to dispose of surplus vehicles
and equipment and authorize accepting of bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the staff request for disposal of surplus vehicles
be approved and adopted, and that the Public Works Superintendent is
authorized and directed to give notice for sale of surplus vehicles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1991, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ashworth, Burr, Watson, Conant, Kotowski
NOES: Councilmembers None
ABSENT: Councilmembers None
