BEING A RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY
OF SANTA CLARA STATE OF CALIFORNIA
VACATING A PORTION OF CAMDEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, pursuant to the provisions of The Street Vacation Act of 1941,
did heretofore, on the 20th day of November, 1990 pass upon and adopt its
Resolution of Intention to vacate a certain portion of Camden Avenue, a public
street in the City of Campbell, being Resolution No.8037; and
WHEREAS, the hour of 7:30 p.m. of this 2nd day of January, 1991 in the Council
Chamber at City Hall, 70 North First Street, Campbell, California are the time
and place set for hearing all persons interested in or having objections to
said proposed vacation;

BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of Camden Avenue as widened to 30
feet from centerline by that certain Deed from A.R. Woolworth, et ux, to
the City of Campbell, said point being the northwesterly corner of that
certain parcel of land described in Deed to Leo M. Shortino and Peqqy M.
Shortino, as community property grantees, recorded on December 31, 1986 in
Book J985 of Santa Clara County Official Records at page 460;
THENCE, South, along the easterly line of Camden Avenue, as widended, a
distance of 62.75 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
THEPICE, leaving said easterly line of Camden Avenue, along the arc of a
curve to the left, tangent to a line that bears South 65° 04' 43" East,
concave easterly, with a radius of 20 feet, through a central angle of 142°
13' 49", an arc length of 49.65 feet to a point on said easterly line of
Camden Avenue;
