BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of
Transportation, has presented the City with a local
Agency-State agreement Seismic Safety Retrofit Program
bridge retrofit assessment that provides for reimbursement
to the City for preparing and submitting seismic retrofit
inventory forms; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared and submitted the inventory
forms;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, California, that the Mayor is authorized to
execute an agreement with the State of California,
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 1991,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Watson, Burr, Conant, Ashworth, Rotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: zone
ABSENT: Councilmembers: zone
