A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY KUEHNE CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE ORCHARD CITY BANQUET HALL RENOVATION PROJECT #01-27 AND
DIRECT THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETEION
WHEREAS, the contract for the construction of the Orchard City Banquet Hall
Renovation Project 01-27 was executed by the Public Works Director and Kuehne
Construction on April, 22, 2010, and
WHEREAS, Kuehne Construction has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Orchard City Banquet Hall
Renovation Project 01-27 and directs the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion.
