A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF PRINTING SERVICES FOR THE
RECREATION ACTIVITY GUIDE AND DISPENSING
WITH THE FORMAL BID PROCESS
WHEREAS, the Department of Recreation and Community Services issued an
informal bid for printing services associated with the production of the City's
Recreation Activity Guide; and
WHEREAS, four responsive bids were received prior to the deadline and Westco
Graphics was the lowest responsive bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has the authority to
dispense with the formal bid process pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code
3.20.30 (8);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby authorize the Recreation and Community Services
Director to dispense with the formal bid process and award a printing services
agreement to Westco Graphics for the production of nine issues of the City's
Recreation Activity Guide in an amount not to exceed $64,800.
