BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH GREENFIELD-THOMPSON ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the firm of Greenfield-Thompson Associates has been selected as the new
workers' compensation administrators for the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, Greenfield-Thompson Associates has submitted an 18-month service
agreement for execution by the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby authorize the
City Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
