BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A COST SHARING AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY
TRANSIT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to fund 508 of the added cost of studying the
revised Vasona Corridor EIR "Pruneyard Alternative" and a cost sharing
agreement is necessary to implement the added study;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the Mayor
to execute a cost sharing agreement in the amount of $9,550 with the Santa
Clara County Transit District.
