A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH SASAKI ASSOCIATES, INC. TO PREPARE A COMMUNITY DESIGN
STUDY
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has received four responses to a
Request for Proposal to prepare a Community Design Study; and
WHEREAS, the Department has selected the firm of Sasaki Associates, Inc.
based upon the firm's experience, understanding of the project, and references from
other municipalities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a consultant services
agreement with Sasaki Associates, Inc. to prepare a Community Design Study for the
City of Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Campbell this 20th day of November, 1990, by the following vote:
