BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT EAST CAMPBELL AVENUE -
PROJECT 90-36
RESOLVED by the City of the City of Campbell, California
that the construction of a traffic signal at Campbell
Avenue and Gilman Avenue is hereby accepted, and that the
City Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of
Completion of said traffic signal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Campbell this 20th day of November
1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Watson, Burr, Conant, Ashworth, Rotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Campbell as Owner and
Donald C. Wimberly the undersigned, as City Engineer caused a
traffic signal to be constructed at Campbell Avenue and Gilman
Avenue.
That the work on the traffic signal construction was
accepted on the day of 1990.
That the nature and title of said City to said traffic
signal is that of Owner in fee simple, and the names and
addresses of all Owners of said property are:
City of Campbell
70 North First Street
Campbell, CA 95008
That the intersection where the signal was constructed is
situated in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State
of California within the public right of way on Campbell Avenue
and Gilman Avenue.
