BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
THIRTY-TWO (32) SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS
FOR THE CAMPBELL FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has approved
$85,000 in Account #612-4884, for the Fire Department to purchase new
high-pressure, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA's) in this fiscal
year; and
WHEREAS, the City has advertised and received bids in accordance
with Fire Department specifications for the purchase and receipt of new
high-pressure 4.5 SCBA's;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes
the Fire Department to award the bid to Sauer Compressors of San
Francisco, the successful bidder, for the price of $55,055.95.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1990, by the
following votes:
