BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAT~RF.TJ, APPROVING AN AD7[JSTMENT ~ THE
1990-91 FISCAL YFAR B[TDGEP
WHEREAS, the City Cauicil has adopted a budget for
the 1990-91 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for furrls nat originally
anticipated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available iSl Account 1-2244 -
Community Center Reserve.
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1'P RESOL~7ED, that the City Council
authorizes the transfer of $12,000.00 from Account 1-2244 to
Account 530.4429 - Maintenance and Operation of Equi~zt.

Raason for Request (Be Specific):
Emergency repairs 6 parts to the steam boiler fi heating system in Building A
at the Community Center.
A new vacuum system is required to replace the faulty one. This system will
remove condensation from the radiator, allowing the steam to flow throughout
the system to heat the twenty (20) room attached to this system.
