RESOLUTION N0. 8023
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
DESIGNATING A NEUTRAL FISCAL IMPACT SURVEY AREA PURSUANT
TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, SECTION 33310
WHEREAS, City staff has recommended to the City Council of the City
of Campbell a Neutral Fiscal Impact survey area for the purpose of
evaluating the addition of such survey area to the existing Central
Campbell Redevelopment Project Area or the establishment of a new project
area; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to designate the area
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" as a survey area pursuant to Health and
Safety Code Section 33310.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby finds and determines that the area set forth on Exhibit
"A" requires study to determine if a redevelopment project or projects
within such area are feasible through the addition of such survey area to
the previously established Central Campbell Redevelopment Project Area or
the establishment of a new project area; and Exhibit "A" describing the
boundaries of the survey area designated herein is hereby incorporated and
by this reference made a part hereof.

roll call vote:
