BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH BUILDING SYSTEM EVALUATION, INC.,
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
STRUCTURAL EVALUATION OF THE EXISTING PARKING STRUCTURE
AT THE WATER TOWER COMPLEX SITE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell authorizes the
execution of an agreement with Building System Evaluation, Inc.,
consulting engineers, for engineering services for structural
evaluation of the existing parking structure at the water tower
complex site; and
WHEREAS, said agreement for engineering services states all
conditions and payments therefor; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is recommended by the Director of Public
Works and the same has been approved as to form by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and the same are
hereby, authorized to execute said engineering services agreement on
behalf of the City of Campbell.
