A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL,
CALIFORNIA, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET LIGHT
RELOCATION FOR THE AINSLEY HOUSE MOVE
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared for the Traffic
Signal and Street Light Relocation for the Ainsley House Move; and
WHEREAS, the City has called for informal bids in accord with all
state and local procedures; and
WHEREAS, the City has received sealed bids from contractors; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Rosendin Electric, Inc. is the
lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the contract for the Traffic Signal and Street Light
Relocation for the Ainsley House Move is hereby awarded to Rosendin
Electric, Inc. in the amount of $16,388; that the Redevelopment Director
is authorized to execute all contract documents; and a 10% contingency of
the bid amount is approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th day of September, 1990, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Kotowski, Watson, Conant, Burr, Ashworth
