BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS
FOR PROCUREMENT OF ONE (11 RESCUE PARAMEDIC TRUCK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented
with specifications for one (1) rescue paramedic: truck,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the specifications for the proposed purchase be, and they
are hereby adopted and approved; and that the City Engineer is authorized
and directed to give notice inviting sealed proposals for said purchase in
the manner and for the time prescribed by law, and present the bids to the
City Council for consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18 day of September, 1990, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmember: Kotowski, Watson, Conant, Burr, Ashworth
NOES: Councilmember: Norte
ABSENT: Councilmember: None
