CC Resolution 7991RESOLUTION NO. 7991 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITIES ON HARRISON AVENUE FROM THE CAMPBELL LIBRARY TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY 60 FEET NORTH OF GRANT STREET AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE PROJECT WHEREAS, the overhead utility wires on Harrison Avenue create an unsightly appearance adjacent to the Civic Center Complex and the new museum; and WHEREAS, approximately $17,000 will have to be paid to the utility companies to relocate the overhead wires for the Ainsley House move; and WHEREAS, the $17,000 can be applied toward the undergrounding of utilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby approves the undergrounding of utilities on Harrison Avenue from the Campbell Library to a point approximately 60 feet north of Grant Street and approves the attached budget adjustment in the amount of $95,000 for this project.
