BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS IN
PROJECT 88-10, LOS GATOS CREEK BIKE PATH - TO BASCOM
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that
public improvements in Project 88-10, Los Gatos Creek Bike Path - To
Bascom have been completed in accordance with City standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that public
improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted, and that the City
Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said
improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1990, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Kotowski, Watson, Conant, Burr, Ashworth
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
