BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
FOR PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 6 YARD DUMP TRUCKS
WHEREAS, the City of Council of the City of Campbell has publicly
examined and declared all sealed bids for two (2) 6 yard dump trucks
submitted in accordance with specifications approved by said Council on May
15. 1990.
THEREFORE, the City Council hereby rejects all said bids except as here
in after mentioned, and here by awards to the lowest responsible bidder, to
wit Garden State International Truck of San Jose, California at the price
and terms named in their bid, in the amount of X80,026.30 for two (2) 6 yard
dump trucks.
