BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AT
700 BUDD AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that
public improvements at 700 Budd Avenue have been completed in accordance
with City Standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that public
improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted, and that the City
Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said
improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 1990, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUncilmembers: KOtOWSkl, Watson, COnant, Burr, AShWOrth
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
