BEING A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO VACATE A PORTION OF CAPRI
DRIVE AND HACIENDA AVENUE AND SETTING A TIME AND
PLACE OF THE HEARING THEREON
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell as
follows:
1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate
that certain portion of Capri Drive and Hacienda Avenue, being a
public street, a map and description of which portion are on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Campbell, at City Hall,
70 North First Street, Campbell, California, reference to which map
and description is hereby made for further particulars;
2. The City Council elects to proceed with said vacation in
accordance with the provisions of the The Street Vacation Act of
1941;
3. Notice is hereby given that Tuesday, the 17th of July, 1990
at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. of said day, in the City Council
Chamber at 70 North First Street, Campbell, California, is hereby set
as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or having
objections to said proposed vacation;
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy
of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Campbell, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 25th
day of June, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Kotowski, Watson, Conant, Burr, Ashworth
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
