BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH NADCON DEVELOPMENT INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON HACIENDA AVENUE
WHEREAS, Nadcon Development Inc. has entered into an agreement with
the City of Campbell for the construction of street improvements on
the Hacienda Avenue frontage of Tract No. 8292; and
WHEREAS, City and Nadcon Development Inc. desire to construct
supplemental street improvements on Hacienda Avenue adjacent to Tract
8292;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works be,
and he is hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1990, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Kotowski, Watson, Conant, Burr, Ashwortki
NOES: Councilmembers: None
