RESOLUTION N0. 7955
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF C}~$F.T.T., CALIFORNIA MODIFYING THE RATES
FOR RHFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE IN THE CITY OF ~AMFBRii.
WHEREAS, the Green Valley Disposal Company has requested a rate
modification for refuse collection services in the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has examined the proposed rate
modification and determined that it is in fact justified and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the rates for refuse
collection service in the City of Campbell are established pursuant to the
attached schedules.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these rates shall be effective August
1, 1990.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 1990 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Kotowski, Watson, Conant, Burr, Ashworth
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
