BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH OUTREACH AND
ESCORT, INC., FOR PARATRANSIT SERVICES FOR MOBILITY LIMITED
RESIDENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for
coordinated paratransit services for the citizens of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, Outreach and Escort, Inc. has been designated as a
Consolidated Transportation Services Agency by the Metropolitan
Transportation Commission for the Cities of Campbell, Cupertino,
Santa Clara, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, San Jose, San Martin and
Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, Outreach and Escort, Inc., expects to receive
Transportation Development Act Funds to administer and provide
paratransit services to Campbell, and if such funds should not be
granted, the agreement is null and void;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
execute an agreement with Outreach and Escort, Inc., for
paratransit services.

roll call vote:
