BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH LATIMER VILLA, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON LATIMER AVENUE
WHEREAS, Latimer Villa, a General Partnership, has entered into an
agreement with the City of Campbell for the construction of street
improvements on the Latimer Avenue frontage of Parcel Map No. PM
89-09; and
WHEREAS, City and Latimer Villa, a General Partnership, desire to
construct supplemental street improvements on Latimer Avenue adjacent
to said frontage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works be,
and he is hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1990, by the following
vote:
