BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE 1990-91 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for
funds not originally authorized in the 1990-91 fiscal year budget;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available from special gasoline taxes for roadway
and sidewalk construction on Latimer Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorize
transfer of special gasoline tax funds in the amount of $11,500.00 to
account 730.9042.4883 for construction of improvements on Latimer
Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1990, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Kotowski, Watson, Conant, Burr, Ashworth
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
