BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
ROBERT AND CARLA J. JACOBSON FOR
REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT 1420 LATIMER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has entered into an agreement with
Latimer Villa, a General Partnership, for the construction of street
improvements on the frontage of 1420 Latimer Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to pay the costs of constructing said
improvements; and
WHEREAS, Owners of 1420 Latimer are willing to enter into an
agreement to reimburse the City for the costs of said improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works be,
and he is hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1990, by the following
vote:
