BEING A RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY
OF SANTA CLARA STATE OF CALIFORNIA
VACATING A PORTION OF CAPRI DRIVE AND
HACIENDA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, pursuant to the provisions of The Street Vacation Act of 1941,
did heretofore, on the 25th day of June, 1990 pass upon and adopt its
Resolution of Intention to vacate a certain portion of Hacienda Avenue and
Capri Drive, a public street in the City of Campbell, being Resolution No.
7949; and
WHEREAS, the hour of 7:30 p.m. of this 17th day of July, 1990 in the Council
Chamber at City Hall, 70 North First Street, Campbell, California are the time
and place set for hearing all persons interested in or having objections to
said proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City of Campbell finds and determines from
the evidence submitted that the portion of Hacienda Avenue and Capri Drive,
public streets in the City of Campbell, hereinafter described, be, and it is
hereby, vacated, abandoned and closed to public uses, and that the portion of
said street is described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Campbell, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
That parcel designated "Street Vacation 1099 SF" as shown on the map of
Village Foret, Tract N0. 8292 which map was filed for record in the office
of the Santa Clara County Recorder on June 18, 1990 in Book 615 of Maps at
pages 1 and 2:
Containing an area of 1099 square feet, more or less.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July 1990 by the following vote:
