BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAT4~BFr-T. AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT
WITH GATES, MCDONALD ~ COMPANY
WHEREAS, Gates, McDonald & Company has submitted to the City Council
of the City of Campbell an amendment to Service Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Mayor be
and he is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Service Agreement
on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1990 by the following roll
call vote:
