CC Resolution 7989RESOLUTION N0. 7989 BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT 900 E. HAMILTON AVENUE WHEREAS, on June 18, 1985 the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1560 requiring public rights-of-way dedications and construction of public improvements at 900 E. Hamilton Ave.; and WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that the required public improvements have been constructed in accordance with the City standards with the following exceptions: I. Item 26(F) of Ordinance No. 1560, the traffic signal interconnect system. II. Item 26(H) of Ordinance No. 1560, the widening of Hamilton Avenue from Almarida Drive to Creekside Way as shown upon the plans entitled "Project Plans for construction in Santa Clara County in the City of Campbell at Route 17/Hamilton Avenue Interchange" approved by the City Engineer June 28, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the public improvements excepting those above listed improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that public improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted, and that the City Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said improvements.
