BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ANNUAL
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT NO. 90-23.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that
all improvements in Project 90-23 have been completed in accordance
with that agreement entered into January 2, 1990.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that all improvements
be, and the same are hereby, accepted, and that the City Engineer is
hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said improvements.
